How does the rewards thing even work this app makes no sense

One of the most useless apps ever, dont waste your time.

All I want to be able to do is to order food. Cant even do that. Has errors in connecting constantly. Trash the app, fire the developers, and redo it.

Can you please add the ability to be able to add my Sheetz card to the Wallet?! Seems like a no brainier. Also, add Apple Pay to your stores, that would be great!

The app needs the option to pay for gas and store items.

All I wanted to do was order a sampler and the only options for food is hot dogs or bratwurst. Needs help

The UI is poor and the inability to add your Sheetz card to Apple Wallet or support Apple Pay.

Now I dont need a receipt to see how many credits I have!

Disappointed in the lack of UI within this app. For a company that has designed so much of their customer experience to be effortless and positive – this app is a bust. It took me over 15 minutes just to activate everything and then when I went to place an order the item that I wanted – it was not in the menu (not searchable). When I went to the store and ordered via the kiosk and asked the clerk if I could leverage the app to pay, she shrugged and said she never had anyone try. Very telling! I would scrap the app altogether until you are able to put something thoughtful, less frustrating and streamlined in front of your customers.

Purchased gift card through app in hopes of easy purchasing of my coffee every morning, similar to seamless Starbucks paying. Sheetz App and card do not work. Called both 800 numbers for help and people at each tell me the other has to help me. So frustrating. Why come out with an app unless it is bulletproof. Sheetz, please scrap this app and start over or train your people to fix the problems like the one I have. I bought a digital gift card that i cannot use!

Repeatedly gives me time out error despite me immediately attempting login after filling in email/people. iPad app clearly only for iPhone. A purchase the app shows I did make isnt shown under rewards. I only got the app cuz the website kept telling me "user not found" despite it allowing me to verify my email via the email link they sent. Very dissatisfied w the company.

Ive been using the keychain version of My Sheetz Card and theres no PIN on that! Who knows where the card with PIN is...why would I have kept that?!?

Poorly made app. Bad UI, missing features that should have been included. Sheetz clearly didnt budget much to make this app.

Please redesign this app.

I like that I can track my rewards. But it is missing the "add to wallet" option when adding rewards cards.

Cant order food from app. (Sends you to the web, then signs you out so you lose your order.) Whats the point of an app then?

The review for this app is simple; GARBAGE

Poorly designed user interface. Cant search the menu, cant order on line without leaving the app and going to a webpage. You would think that a company like Sheetz that has invested so much thought and effort into its store experience, would put just a little more effort into its inline experience

The ui is utter garbage, and you need a PIN to add a card, in which I just signed up for a new one as I never recieved a PIN(keychain card).
