Whats the use in having the app if you cant use it to pay at the pump? You need to have the actual Sheetz card to pay at the pump; you cant use the key fob or the app. Its useless- defeats the whole purpose of having the app.

I absolutely love Sheetz. Im there at least 3 times a week. I purchase gas, food, drinks and occasionally snacks. I use this app for non of that. I cant use it to pay for items, I cant use it to order food (the Sheetz ordering is a web based option). I could in theory use it to scan my card, but even then, its faster to whip out the card. Bring some form of functionality to this app and it will deserve stars.

Looks good, doesnt do anything. CAN NOT ORDER ONLINE, absolutely no compatibility with the services our wonderful smartphones provide. Redirects you to the crappy website if you wanna do anything useful. Google maps finds your nearest sheetz faster. To sum it up, much like the stores, they look good, but lack the ability to function efficiently. Dont waste your time.

If no Apple Pay support , then fine. But at least change ability to add reward card to Apple wallet app. I dont care about specials and product if I cant order and pay with the app. Feels like they paid someone to code a "me too" application.

The app Crashes when you tap on Pay. Also, there is no Apple Pay and cant add Sheetz card to wallet.

All I wanted to do was order food online for pick up. But all I can order is food. And I cant even order food on the app. I want a drink too, an MTO drink. I dont want to spend 10 minutes ordering at home so I can go pick it up just to wait another 10 minutes on a drink I have to order while I am there.

Cant add or delete gift cards for months. Called weeks ago and told it would be fixed in days. Its not so app is totally useless. Guess Ill keep carrying gift cards around.

The apps UI is terrible along with lack of optimization for bigger phones. Plus can you guys just support Apple wallet and Apple Pay!

The worst food app ever. Taco Bell and Wendys are at the top, but the Sheetz app is just bad. Please fire your app people and get someone who makes the app user friendly.
