Bad experience all around
Disappointed in the lack of UI within this app. For a company that has designed so much of their customer experience to be effortless and positive – this app is a bust. It took me over 15 minutes just to activate everything and then when I went to place an order the item that I wanted – it was not in the menu (not searchable). When I went to the store and ordered via the kiosk and asked the clerk if I could leverage the app to pay, she shrugged and said she never had anyone try. Very telling! I would scrap the app altogether until you are able to put something thoughtful, less frustrating and streamlined in front of your customers.
